IT Infrastructure Engineer

Ramleela Events LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across office and warehouse environments.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, and networks
• Provide day-to-day IT support for office and warehouse operations
• Administer networking components such as LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers, and firewalls
• Manage cloud services, email platforms, and data storage solutions
• Ensure system security, backups, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset tracking, and system records
• Support IT‑related projects and infrastructure improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace)
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
