** Position for Hire:
Full Time – Sr. Associate, Client Success | 1776ing*
* ** Location**:
Remote, US-Based (Atlanta area preferred, but not mandatory)
** Compensation**: $60,000 – $80,000 Unlike traditional platforms that strategically position themselves as gatekeepers, 1776ing serves as facilitating infrastructure. We enable our clients to create branded marketing portals, onboard investors via paperless tools, complete Reg D transactions within regulatory requirements, and nurture relationships—all while maintaining their identity and complete control over their operations. As Sr. Associate of Client Success at 1776ing, you will be the strategic implementation and relationship partner for our platform clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

This role combines deep platform expertise, consultative client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. This is a high-impact role offering rapid growth opportunities in a small but rapidly growing fintech firm. You’ll report work directly with executive leadership and serve as a champion for our clients, shaping product development and service delivery.
** Key Responsibilities** - Work with sales and marketing to support client expansion and case study development
** Qualifications*
* ** Required Experience & Skills** - 3+ years of experience in client success, implementation, account management, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments
- Management or team leadership experience preferred, demonstrating ability to guide others and drive results
- Broad familiarity with private investment (i.e. alternative investments) opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex software platforms quickly and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent consultative and relationship-building skills with executives and operational stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities with an ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated work style with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
** Preferred Qualifications** - Prior experience with alternative investments, private equity, or capital formation
- Technical aptitude and experience with API-driven platforms or financial technology tools
- Familiarity with FINRA and SEC regulatory requirements
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies

Ability to understand client business objectives and recommend solutions that drive success
