- Define and own the Customer Intelligence (CI) North Star for the field, establishing standards for inspection, coaching, and measurement
- Design and implement the CI operating model, including conversation taxonomy and call quality scorecards
- Partner with AI and Product teams to deliver AI-first workflows that enhance seller and manager execution
- Equip frontline managers with CI-powered coaching systems to drive behavior change
- Deliver executive-ready insights to assess deal health and forecast accuracy
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Solutions Consulting, or Revenue Intelligence roles
- Proven customer-facing experience with a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies
- Deep hands-on experience with Conversational Intelligence / Revenue Intelligence platforms
- Experience designing CI programs at scale and partnering with Product, Data, or AI teams
- Background in ownership of cross-functional operating models
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts and their application in GTM workflows
- Ability to operationalize CI into measurable revenue impact
- Experience embedding CI inspection and coaching into frontline manager routines
