• Architect and build robust, scalable Drupal solutions that support complex digital experiences.
• Develop across the full stack delivering high-performance front-end experiences and reliable, secure back-end systems.
• Partner closely with project managers and creative teams to translate business goals into smart technical solutions.
• Build and maintain custom Drupal modules, APIs, and integrations.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, accessibility, and scalability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance CMS-driven platforms (Drupal and other CMS environments).
• Ensure digital experiences meet SEO best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and modern web performance expectations.
• Write clear technical documentation to support future development and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor and support other developers, contributing to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
• Continuously improve development workflows, tools, and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Senior Drupal Developer, within a creative or digital agency environment.
• Deep expertise in Drupal development, including custom modules and architecture.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Mongo
  
  DB.
• Ability to design and consume well-structured APIs.
• Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache) and CMS ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or Photoshop.
• A problem-solver who enjoys debugging, refining, and improving complex systems.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to keep learning in a constantly evolving environment.
