Service Now Service Mapping / ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands‑on experience that includes a proven track record of successful deployments for external customers.

Craft, configure, script, and own the technical solution on the Service Now platform to ensure successful deployment for our customers.

Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine Service Now platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.

Demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by Service Now, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.

• Minimum of 5+ years of Service Now development experience, as detailed above
• Implement and Configure a broad range of Service Now Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, Sec Ops, GRC, and Employee Center
• Design / Develop Service Now Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Extensive knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Solve and repair common configuration issues
• Build Prioritized Applications using Studio
• Automate activities on the Service Now platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into Service Now
• Deep technical knowledge of integrating Service Now with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub
• Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
