STQ Partners are working exclusively with a pioneering leader in robotic automation solutions, specializing in the creation of advanced, autonomous mobile robots, AS/RS shuttle technology and sophisticated control software.

Their cutting-edge technology is primarily engineered to automate complex material handling and logistics tasks within dynamic industrial environments.

The business has established themselves as a prominent player in goods-to-person (G2P) tech; micro-fulfillment automation, automated material handling, warehouse automation solutions, logistics automation, automated order fulfilment systems and high-density storage and retrieval.

Role
  • Drive channel revenue and growth by strategically selling AS/RS, goods-to-person (G2P), and high-density automated storage solutions
    to a network of system integrators (SIs) and warehouse automation partners as the primary route to market.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partner engagement plan to identify, onboard, and enable key system integrator partners, equipping them with technical knowledge, commercial tools, and collaborative sales strategies.
  • Own the full partner sales cycle
    , from initial technical presentations to negotiating partner agreements, providing deal-specific support on major bids, and ensuring successful project handover for automated storage and retrieval systems.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between partner sales/engineering teams and our internal product and engineering departments, translating complex client needs into configured AS/RS and G2P solutions that partners can confidently propose and deliver.
  • Monitor market intelligence through the partner network, providing critical feedback to internal teams on product development, pricing strategies, and service offerings to maintain a leadership position in the partner-centric automation market.
Required Experience
  • Proven channel & partner sales expertise: demonstrative successful strategic account management or enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of selling complex capital equipment or automation solutions exclusively or primarily through a system integrator (SI) and partner network
    .
  • Technical knowledge in Warehouse Automation: Strong technical and commercial understanding of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS),
    goods-to-person (G2P) technology
    , autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Ability to engage credibly with the engineering teams of system integrators
    .
  • Selling & influence management skills :
    Proven skills in influence-based selling without direct authority, capable of driving results through partners. Requires proven ability to structure and negotiate complex partner agreements
