Overview
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer –
Location:
Atlanta, GA (on-site / hybrid);
Type:
Long Term.
A Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer is responsible for supporting, customizing, and enhancing e-commerce solutions built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This includes handling production support, issue resolution, system monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, scalable online storefront operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Manage incident response and problem resolution for storefront functionality, integrations, jobs, and feeds.
- Monitor application health using diagnostic tools and logs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SFCC storefront architecture, controllers, jobs, and API integrations.
- Coordinate with on-shore/on-site teams and business users to validate fixes and deployments.
- Maintain support documentation and runbooks.
- Participate in deployment activities and post-release validation checks.
- (In some roles) Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud monitoring and troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform.
- Experience working in a production support or operations environment.
- Familiarity with Commerce Cloud tools such as Business Manager and API/OCAPI frameworks.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills, including root cause analysis (RCA).
