Full Stack Developer Lead

The Full Stack Developer Lead will be responsible for leading technical delivery across mobile and web portal development using Angular, React Native, and Node.js.

This role includes overseeing development, deployment, optimization, and defect resolution within a digital technology environment.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Experience in healthcare environments is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

• Own technical delivery, deployment, optimization, support, and defect fixes for assigned applications.
• Develop and maintain complex components across mobile and web platforms.
• Create and perform unit tests, resolve defects, and re-execute test cases for validation.
• Perform system testing and fix defects identified during the testing cycle.
• Coach and mentor team members on development best practices.
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical or process impediments.
• Collaborate with architects, team leads, and IT leadership to support technical architectural planning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and system issues.
• Collaborate with peers on complex change and enhancement requests.
• Evaluate enhancements for scope, objectives, and impact.
• Lead development work and guide team members toward strategic technical solutions.
• Document functional and technical requirements and design specifications.
• Mentor peers on coding standards, design patterns, and strategy.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Partner with IT teams during integration activities to ensure successful implementations.
• Participate in on-call application support and respond to production issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Angular 7.0 or above.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience coordinating workflows between designers, front-end developers, and back-end teams.
• Experience collaborating with back-end developers on RESTful API integrations.
• Experience interacting with external web services.
• Deep knowledge of Angular
  
  JS practices and commonly used modules.
• Ability to develop SEO solutions for single-page applications.
• Understanding of platform responsibilities including database, API, caching layer, and proxies.
• Ability to validate user actions on the client side and provide responsive feedback.
• Experience writing non-blocking code and using advanced techniques such as multi-threading.
• Ability to create custom modules and components extending core Angular functionality.
