Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a day-to-day partner for assigned clients, managing requests, clarifying needs, and translating feedback into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client business goals, industry dynamics, and product details, using agency-approved AI tools where helpful to support research and insight gathering.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
- Represent the agency professionally, ensuring work is presented clearly, confidently, and in alignment with client expectations.
- Manage small- to medium-sized projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and are completed on time and within scope.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and work breakdown structures to support clear workflow management.
- Partner with strategy, creative, development, production, and media teams to ensure internal alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate internal reviews and monitor deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Use agency-approved AI tools as appropriate to support documentation, workstream organization, and task management.
- Enforce agency processes and ensure teams have the necessary information, assets, and context to deliver successfully.
- Manage website design and development requests, including user experience updates, form changes, and larger feature builds.
- Coordinate with client-side Salesforce teams on revisions
- Own task management for developers, ensuring business requirements and technical needs are clearly documented and understood.
- Ensure development work is appropriately resourced and prioritized.
- Provide clear, timely updates to clients on both short term initiatives and long term projects.
- Oversee the setup, QA, testing, and deployment of email, SMS, and journey based campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You have 2-5 years of digital agency experience in an account management or project management capacity.
- You have strong communication and relationship-building abilities with comfort navigating varied personalities and opinions.
- You have demonstrated experience creating and managing project schedules, digital deliverables, and cross-functional workflows.
- You have a solid understanding of digital marketing, advertising channels, and creative development processes.
- You're able to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and remain organized under tight timelines.
- You have a solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- You have a positive attitude and professional maturity.
- Experience and or certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal is preferred, but not required.
