We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to support large‑scale Agent Desktop and Service Assist AI initiatives. The role involves building, customizing, and integrating Salesforce capabilities to deliver an intelligent, seamless, omnichannel service experience in a regulated enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, hands-on with Salesforce development, and experienced in integrating multi-channel service workflows and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for enterprise-scale service operations.
- Build and customize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration elements.
- Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing, ensuring efficient handling of multiple service channels.
- Integrate Salesforce with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Support initiatives focused on Agent Desktop, Service Assist AI, routing logic, and productivity tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated, high-compliance environment.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and solution architecture discussions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and best practices in Salesforce development.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Flows, and core Salesforce configuration.
- Experience configuring Omni-Channel and supporting multi-channel service workflows.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ - $ Per Annum
