Job Description

As a Solution Architect for the Upgrade Center, you will work with other Upgrade Center peers to focus on Quality Assurance. This includes continual process review, auditing, and implementing measures to improve defined areas. You will be aligned to solution teams to assist with client specific-design, configuration, and troubleshooting. This includes being a knowledge resource for others and assisting with critical issue management.

Finally, your responsibilities will also include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement teams while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to the Upgrade Center. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgement, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years consulting experience or Upgrade Center experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • WillING to travel up to 25% of the time as needed

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
