This role provides technical leadership, ensures high-quality software delivery, and supports the full application development lifecycle in collaboration with architects, project managers, and stakeholders.

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT consultants and staff.
• Monitor team performance to ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality deliverables are consistently met.
• Establish and enforce best practices to ensure enterprise applications are scalable, maintainable, and supportable.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure proper implementation of software designs.
• Evaluate and recommend software tools and solutions to improve application quality and efficiency.
• Partner with project managers throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation.
• Provide guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor staff schedules, performance, and coverage to improve efficiency and identify training needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical certifications (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.

• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading a technical or support team.
• Experience with Service Now ITSM.
• Experience using Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as Azure Dev Ops / TFS.

• Experience supervising or leading a support team – Highly desired, 5 years of experience.
• Experience in custom applications or customization in Commercial-off-the-shelf COTS products – Highly desired, 5 years of experience.
• Developed applications in .NET technologies with Kendo UI Telerik, C#.net, Web API, REST API, JSON, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, HTML5, Angular JS – Highly desired, 5 years of experience.
