Information Technology Project Manager – Healthcare

We’re seeking to connect a Sr IT Project Manager with a leading healthcare organization on a contract basis. The role is fully remote. As a Sr IT Project Manager, you will join a highly visible IT governance function and help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex demand intake and optimization initiatives.

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to intake, assess, and prepare work for delivery
• Coordinate pre-project planning across architecture, security, legal, and application teams
• Document requirements, business processes, and readiness artifacts
• Track timelines, tasks, and dependencies to prevent delivery bottlenecks
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Support smaller initiatives end-to-end as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis
• Experience working in healthcare IT environments and EPIC
• Proficiency with Service Now, ADO, spreadsheets, and enterprise tracking tools
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and politically complex environment
