- Transform complex, multi-source data into reliable, scalable, action-oriented analytics to influence commercial decision-making. Interface among data engineering, applied data science, and executive-level visualization with a focus on execution and measurable business impact.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and data models to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales productivity, and improve profitability in real time. Pull, model, and transform data from enterprise systems including Palantir Foundry, Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Clouds), and other operational data sources.
- Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and data science principles to uncover patterns, surface insights, and inform strategic decisions. Translate analyses into intuitive visual stories for executive and field-sales audiences.
- Contribute to elevating commercial analytics and insights, accelerating growth initiatives, and supporting value creation in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment. Report to the VP, Alside Commercial Enablement.
- High-performing analytics professional comfortable in fast-paced, PE-backed environments with evolving priorities and high expectations.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines and deliver critical analyses.
- Cross-functional collaboration across commercial, sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership on high-visibility projects.

- Execute commercial sales analytics priorities to deliver growth and productivity insights for action.
- Build, enhance, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models for commercial use.
- Palantir Foundry data integration, data optimization, and support for scalable reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers to understand pipeline logic and integrate new data sources into Power BI and Excel reporting.
- Automate and integrate and shipment data to enable sales effectiveness analytics.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and scorecards to track KPIs using advanced functions.
- Apply statistical methods, modeling, and data analysis to inform decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear technical requirements and intuitive visuals.
- Leverage data sources including historical shipment, depletions, category, supplier, customer, and consumer data, plus industry insights.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring; design scalable data pipelines for analytics use cases.
- Ensure pipelines are reliable, production-ready, with validation and documentation.
- Support advanced analytics and data science use cases by enabling statistical modeling and trend analysis.
- Optimize data models and pipelines for performance and usability across Power BI and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and/or reporting functions.
- Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models;
Excel data analysis and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry data products, ontology structures, and tools.
- Experience with large, complex datasets and optimizing dashboard performance.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
