Implementation Manager; Budget

The Opportunity:

At Euna Solutions, we’re looking for a client-focused Implementation Manager to join our team and help public sector organizations successfully adopt Euna Budget, our budgeting software. You’ll lead implementation projects, analyze client needs, and guide them through process improvements that drive efficiency and transparency.

Our most successful Implementation Managers (IMs) come from diverse professional backgrounds, but they share adaptability, technical fluency, strong data skills, and professionalism in client interactions. While experience in public sector budgeting or systems implementation is a strong asset, what matters most is your ability to learn, lead, and deliver.

• Lead multiple client implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Analyze existing budgeting processes and recommend improvements
• Migrate and load data using our Excel-based interface
• Manage timelines, track progress, and resolve issues
• Collaborate across departments to ensure client success
• Become a product expert and trusted advisor to clients

• 3-8 years of experience in one or more aspects of software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training, etc.)
• Strong Excel and data skills
• Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles

• Public sector or budgeting experience (municipal, healthcare, education)
• Knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning tools
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) or project management apps like Cloud Coach or Asana
