As a Resource Manager at Aprio, you will be pivotal in ensuring optimal resource allocation both onshore and offshore, project delivery, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess resource needs, optimize resource utilization, and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives. This role ensures smooth client service and workforce stability by efficiently integrating new accounting staff into the firm s systems and workflows.
