We’re looking for our very first Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic operator and integrator to the SVP, Client Solutions. This is a high-trust partnership role designed to align cross-functional efforts, drive initiatives to completion, and embed operational excellence across the organization. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, bringing clarity, cohesion, and momentum to a fast-scaling team.

• Drive strategic initiatives from vision to execution
  :
  Translate the SVP’s vision into structured work streams with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics. Identify and resolve cross-functional friction points, ensure alignment, and drive decisions to execute strategic initiatives.
• Build and refine the Client Solutions operating system
  :
  Align toolkits, dashboards, and frameworks into a cohesive model that scales across delivery teams. Partner with operations, finance, and delivery leads to embed scalable practices in resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems with a consulting mindset
  :
  Act as an internal consultant, leading cross-functional projects that require rapid synthesis, insight generation, and executive-level storytelling.
• Enable the SVP through strategic support and representation
  :
  Prepare communications, board updates, and briefings while serving as a trusted thought partner on high-leverage opportunities.
• Surface friction, drive decisions, and ensure accountability
  :
  Identify risks, resolve cross-functional blockers, and keep critical initiatives on track.

• 7+ years in consulting, transformation, or operational leadership roles
• Proven success aligning cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to completion
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, including financials, dashboards, and resource planning
• Exceptional communication skills—able to synthesize complexity and influence without authority
• High integrity, low ego, and a bias for action
• A passion for building systems that empower people and scale impact
