Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who is excited about building, deploying, and improving real-world AI systems. In this role, you’ll work on production-grade machine learning models and LLM-powered services that directly impact users. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable, reliable, and high-quality AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production use
• Build and maintain LLM-powered services and features (e.g., text generation, summarization, retrieval, agents)
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and experimentation techniques
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production AI/ML systems over time
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code used by other engineers
• Collaborate on system design, API contracts, and best practices for AI-powered applications
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML and apply them pragmatically to products

• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, including model evaluation, validation, and performance trade-offs
• Hands-on experience working with production AI/ML models
• Experience creating and deploying LLM-powered services and features
• Strong proficiency in Python and writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Experience with common ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and production infrastructure

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning LLMs
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., model monitoring, CI/CD for ML, feature stores)
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Knowledge of data engineering or distributed systems
