The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is seeking a skilled ETL Programmer with hands‑on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and integration solutions.

Local Candidates Only - Onsite visits to the office will be required 1-2 times per month.

• Design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory
  , Data Flows
  , and Mapping Data Flows

• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Blob Storage, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses in Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Automate data workflows and optimize performance for large‑scale data processing.

• Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL development with at least 1 year using Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Functions (minimum 5 years experience).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops practices (minimum 5 years experience).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud architecture (minimum 5 years experience).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., DP‑203, AZ‑900).
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Python for data transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards (minimum 4 years experience).
