Senior ProServe Sales Manager , Enterprise

Overview

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Pro Serve (SMP) to lead a team of Pro Serve Account Executives and Cloud Architects. You ll drive transformative IT projects for clients, focusing on IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. The SMP is a trusted advisor who collaborates with Pro Serve sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives and Cloud Architects
• Developing and supporting execution of sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
• Managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption.

We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

• 7+ years of technology sales, or 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with cloud, server or infrastructure technologies and business models
• Experience in senior leadership work in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers
• 7+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience, or Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
