Based in Atlanta, GA, EyeQ Monitoring provides industry-leading security and business intelligence solutions to a variety of business sectors throughout the US.

Our Security Operations Center is the heartbeat of our business and as such is one of the largest departments within the organization. We are looking for a diligent, hardworking and empathetic Data Administrator who will be singularly focused on maintaining smooth and efficient functionality within our SOC.

• Updating Alarm Monitoring Protocols
• Researching Account activity
• Analytic configuring
• Immix configuration and understanding.
• Assist SOC with reduction of alarm activity

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Security Systems, Cameras, or Video Management Systems
• 1 year in related field
• Weekend availability
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Presentation skills
