• The Business Information Security Officer – Professional Services serves as the liaison between NCR Voyix’s global Professional Services business unit and the enterprise cybersecurity organization, helping to align business and cybersecurity objectives and initiatives. The BISO translates feedback between the information security and business teams to manage prioritization and manage impact to customer delivery and NCR Voyix’s security posture. The BISO focuses on integrating security into the business unit’s operations, goals, and functions and must understand the business unit, customer, and enterprise needs in doing so.
  
  The BISO helps the business unit address day-to-day security concerns, including representing security in customer interactions. The BISO may also manage a team of Information Security staff aligned to the business unit to provide application security services such as penetration testing.
• Need a BISO to work with Professional Services as we bring them closer to the enterprise.

• Collaborate with Professional Services business unit to identify security needs.
• Align security and compliance initiatives with business unit objectives and strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies that support business unit goals.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering teams and business unit to develop security budgets and resource allocation for security initiatives.
• Advise business unit and IT leadership with respect to cybersecurity threats, initiatives, risks and policies.
• Participate in security risk assessment and closing security gaps within the business unit.
• Communicate business unit security risks and policies to executive management.
• Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Represent NCR Voyix’s CISO in customer interactions involving sales and delivery of Professional Services.
• Act as a liaison during security incidents, helping business units respond effectively and minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage a small global team of Information Security engineers and architects.

• Bachelor's in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree program
• Ten years of experience in information security
• Skills in Network Security, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Protocols, Networking Standards, Supervision, Conceptual Skills, Decision Making, Functional and Technical Skills, Dependability, Information Security Policies.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into business language.
• Experience in project management and resource allocation.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Experience with information security in cloud environments.
• Experience with software development methodologies and practices
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate high level objectives into detailed tasks
• Ability to prioritize work with multiple, simultaneous work assignments
• Ability to weigh business risks and enforce appropriate information security measures

• Multilingual – Fluent in English and at least one other language
• Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with securing host, database, and application solutions for multi-tier systems.
• Experience with vulnerability management & penetration testing.
• Experience implementing PCI & FFIEC compliant solutions and ensuring audit compliance.
