Role SummaryThe Learning Designer II – Corporate Compliance Specialist provides LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for Delta’s corporate compliance training programs. This role ensures accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking.
- Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance-related LMS issues.
- Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes.
- Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance.
- Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience supporting learning management systems and compliance-focused training environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage operational workloads in fast-paced, regulatory-driven environments.
- Demonstrates judgment, attention to detail, and accountability aligned with audit and compliance requirements.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
