- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth
- Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional client solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Certification(s) preferred: DAMA CDMP, AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate, Snow Pro Core, ISTQB Test Analyst / Certified Big Data Tester (ATA), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or equivalent ETL tool certification
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation
- Python for test automation and data validation
- Understanding enterprise data concepts and governance
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Foundation in data modeling (database schemas, normalization, relational design)
- Hands-on ETL testing experience, including AWS Glue job development, orchestration, and end-to-end data pipeline validation
- Data ingestion and orchestration tools such as Qlik, Airflow, or Prefect
- Understanding of industry standards for data and QA

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
