AI​/ML Engineer​/GenAI Engineer

Seeking a Senior GenAI & MLOps Engineer to design, deploy, and scale Generative AI and ML solutions on AWS. The role focuses on building production‑grade ML/LLM pipelines, automating model lifecycle, deploying scalable AI services, and ensuring governance and compliance standards.

• Build and manage end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Deploy and optimize Generative AI/LLM applications, including RAG‑based solutions.
• Productionize ML models and enable scalable inference services.
• Implement CI/CD automation for ML workflows.
• Monitor model performance, drift detection, and automated retraining.
• Implement AI/ML governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.
• Collaborate with data science and Dev Ops teams to integrate AI solutions.

• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks
• Hands‑on expertise in MLOps and ML lifecycle management
• AWS services:
  Sage Maker, Bedrock, Lambda, EKS/ECS, S3, Step Functions, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, IAM, AWS Organizations & governance controls
• Programming:
  Python, PyTorch/Tensor Flow
• Frameworks:
  Lang Chain or Llama Index
• Infrastructure & CI/CD:
  Terraform/Cloud Formation, Jenkins/Git Hub Actions
• Knowledge of model governance, access control, data security, and compliance practices

8+ years in software/ML engineering with strong experience in cloud‑based ML deployments and governance practices.
