An Insight Global Fortune 500 Retail client is looking for a Productivity Analyst to establish a data-driven baseline of the team's current engineering productivity and lead a strategic initiative to increase overall engineering output by 25%. This role exists to move the organization toward measurable, actionable productivity improvement - using standardized metrics, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows. The Productivity Analyst will own standardized productivity measurement, identify friction across the software development lifecycle, and partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver measurable gains in efficiency.
This role is highly visible, highly analytical, and highly accountable—combining engineering intelligence platforms, Jira data, AI adoption insights, and executive‑level reporting.
This role ranges between $50-$55/hr based on years of experience and skill level.
