Nasdaq's Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience designed to give students real exposure to how global markets and technology come together. Our interns work on meaningful projects alongside Nasdaq teams, gaining hands-on skills that make an impact on the business.

At Nasdaq, you'll have the chance to start your career in an environment where learning, teamwork, and innovation come first. In this role, you'll support the Product R&D team and gain hands-on experience with technical tools such as SQL, Python, and Databricks, partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and take on real-world projects that will directly impact your team's priorities and initiatives.

You don't need to know everything on day one - we'll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.

What You'll Do

* Support Product R&D team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

* Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.

* Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.

* Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing a degree in business or technical field, e.g., finance, economics, computer science, etc... (Both preferred)

* Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.

* Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.

* Focus/Curiosity around Ai capabilities

* Good communication and organizational skills.

Nice-To-Have

* Internship or project experience related to Finance or Technology

* Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets, particularly around institutional investing markets

* Involvement in student organizations, volunteering, or leadership roles.

* Experience or interest in SQL, Python, R, Power

BI, Databricks or similar toolsets.

This position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
