** Job Description
** The Go to Market (GTM) Readiness Lead plays a critical role in supporting and driving a holistic GTM plan from within the broader Product Organization. Reporting directly to the North America Go to Market Strategy & Execution Lead, this role is focused on maximizing revenue through effective product launches, strategic positioning, and cross‑functional execution.

As a key connector across the organization, the GTM Readiness Lead collaborates closely with teams including ePMO, Sales, Product, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure readiness from early testing through global commercialization. The ideal candidate is highly self‑sufficient yet skilled at partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
** Responsibilities:
*** Building rollout and launch plans
* Enabling the business to bring new or enhanced solutions to market successfully
* Acts as a liaison with a number of cross-functional stakeholders as required.
* The GTM Readiness Lead drives alignment from Tech Ready to General Availability (GA), enabling new revenue streams and accelerating sales growth across the portfolio.
** Basic Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Eight to ten plus years of experience in project management activities
** Preferred Skills/Experience
*** Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
* Demonstrated management and leadership skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Advanced knowledge of project management
* Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Merchant payment knowledge is bonus

** Focusing on payment processing as part of the broader patient experience is key.
