OverviewWe’re hiring a Senior / Staff Service Designer with strong Salesforce experience to support a large-scale Salesforce unification initiative. This role focuses on designing cohesive, scalable experiences across multiple Salesforce instances in a highly customized environment.
You’ll help shape a future-state vision where a single Salesforce ecosystem supports multiple case types and workflows, while advancing a shift toward low-code / no-code solutions.

What You’ll Do- Lead service and experience design efforts tied to Salesforce unification
- Design workflows that support multiple case types within a single system
- Translate complex, custom Salesforce environments into intuitive user experiences
- Partner closely with product managers, Salesforce teams, and engineering
- Drive adoption of low-code / no-code components and reusable patterns
- Contribute to journey maps, blueprints, and future-state service models
- Balance business rules, platform capabilities, and user needs
- Senior or Staff-level experience in Service Design, Product Design, or UX
- Hands-on experience designing within Salesforce ecosystems
- Familiarity with multiple Salesforce instances / org consolidation
- Experience navigating highly customized / complex environments
- Strong systems thinking and workflow design skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning / low-code tools
- Background in case management, CRM, or operational workflows
- Experience supporting platform modernization initiatives
- Remote, but must sit on the East Coast (EST)
- Atlanta-based candidates strongly preferred

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50 to $70/hr benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
