Consulting – Specialist – Defense and Security
This client‑face, partner‑track role is based in one of our North America office locations and is dedicated to serving our federal defense and security clients. You will support senior members of the U.S. defense and security community on some of their highest‑priority issues. Up to 80% travel is expected.
Your ImpactAs a consultant you will work with defense and security clients on tough issues in a fast‑paced, non‑hierarchical environment. Your work includes traditional intelligence operations, analysis and support, and science, technology and engineering tasks. You will make important contributions to the analysis, design and implementation of performance‑improving approaches, developing tailor‑made solutions, and working closely with clients at all levels to ensure high‑impact, sustainable results.
The work is project‑based and varied, covering strategy, operational performance improvement, risk and resource reallocation, organizational design, talent development and digital issues.

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus (include GPA if < 8 years since undergrad).
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Willingness to travel upwards of 70%.

Salary Estimate (U.S. Applicants): $192,000 – $192,000 USD. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual salaries may vary based on office location, experience, start date and organizational needs. Eligible for bonuses subject to discretion.
