Project Managers

IT Project Managers will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of various projects ranging in complexity from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines. The Project Manager should be able to quickly process data to enable effective and efficient decision making.

Business Analysts

Analysts are a key part of the Virtus Consulting Team, serving as the integral interface between the users, IT and the project manager as they gather requirements and processes. They are responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs. Responsibilities include analysis of the impacts of change, documenting and supporting communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capturing requirements needed to initiate a change.

Data & Analytics Consultants

Our Data and Analytics Consultants leverage sophisticated data modeling techniques to extract valuable insights and address pressing business challenges. We specialize in assisting clients in uncovering and harnessing actionable insights to fuel business growth, streamline processes, and foster innovation, ultimately translating these insights into tangible competitive advantages. Equipped with a blend of technical ability and deep industry knowledge, Virtus Consultants are skilled at understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

Software Developers & Engineers

At Virtus, our Software Developers play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, crafting robust programs, rigorously testing software, and continuously enhancing their performance. They are the driving force behind innovative software solutions, equipped with the technical expertise necessary to bring concepts to life. We seek results-driven individuals with a demonstrated history of success in full-stack development. Ideal candidates will actively contribute to software design, development, and the entire product lifecycle across a range of client projects.

Additionally, they may participate in configuration, performance testing, and monitoring activities, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any client directly. All positions include the possibility of travel.
