Delivery Lead

Overview

The Program Lead for Digital & Loan Products is responsible for orchestrating all program-level activities required to support system conversions across digital channels and loan platforms. This role ensures end-to-end alignment between technology, digital product teams, loan operations, data teams, and IMO/Conversion work streams through CD1 and beyond. The leader will drive execution readiness, risk/issue management, cross-portfolio coordination, and delivery predictability while ensuring successful customer and team-member outcomes during major system migrations.

This role operates as the central point of coordination across multiple product, technology, and operational stakeholders—providing governance, integration oversight, and delivery momentum across the Digital and Loan portfolios.

• Orchestrate program-level activities required to support system conversions across digital channels and loan platforms.
• Align technology, digital product teams, loan operations, data teams, and IMO/Conversion work streams for end-to-end delivery (CD1 and beyond).
• Drive execution readiness, risk and issue management, cross-portfolio coordination, and delivery predictability.
• Ensure successful customer and team-member outcomes during major system migrations.
• Provide governance, integration oversight, and delivery momentum across the Digital and Loan portfolios as the central point of coordination among stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in Technology, Digital Product Delivery, Lending Systems, or Program/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, loan origination/servicing systems, and system conversion methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with high regulatory, operational, or customer impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience supporting large-scale banking mergers or core banking conversions.
• Working knowledge of nCion, Argo, Loan Sphere, Encompass, or similar loan systems and digital solutions.
• Familiarity with CD1/LD1 readiness frameworks used in enterprise integrations.
