The Manager - Dev Ops Cloud Engineer oversees Dev Ops projects and teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. This role provides technical leadership, manages resources, and partners with stakeholders to align Dev Ops initiatives with business objectives while driving adoption of best practices.

• Oversee and guide the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments.
• Manage a team of Dev Ops engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
• Review and validate solutions to ensure quality, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent application of Dev Ops practices, governance standards, and SDLC/SSDLC principles.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and IT teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Drive improvements in automation frameworks, monitoring practices, and infrastructure reliability.
• Support change management by enabling stakeholders to adopt new Dev Ops tools and processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical or stakeholder issues.
• Contribute to departmental planning and cross-functional initiatives.

• 5-7 years of experience in Dev Ops or cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing teams and delivering Dev Ops solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.

• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience overseeing Infrastructure-as-Code practices (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM templates).
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops governance and security standards (including SSDLC).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in cloud or Dev Ops (e.g., AWS Dev Ops Engineer, Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, Kubernetes Administrator) preferred.
