• Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
• Review and map Workday integration and business processes.
• Execute day‑to‑day activities of Workday advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application.
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday integration consultant.
• Lead consultant with Workday implementation experience.
• Minimum five full life‑cycle implementations with Workday integrations as a technical lead or architect, and Workday certification in Workday integration (candidates without certification must obtain within three months of employment).
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience leading integration design, process alignment, and detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
• Detailed understanding of Workday integration processes and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 70 %.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available for H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑3, etc.

Salary ranges for the position are $129,300 – $223,900 (California). Salary ranges may vary by location and are determined by qualifications and market considerations.
