- Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
- Review and map Workday integration and business processes.
- Execute day‑to‑day activities of Workday advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application.
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday integration consultant.
- Lead consultant with Workday implementation experience.
- Minimum five full life‑cycle implementations with Workday integrations as a technical lead or architect, and Workday certification in Workday integration (candidates without certification must obtain within three months of employment).
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Experience leading integration design, process alignment, and detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
- Detailed understanding of Workday integration processes and best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 70 %.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available for H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑3, etc.

Eligibility is based on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service. Personal time off, holidays, and breaks are provided per fiscal year.
Salary ranges for the position are $129,300 – $223,900 (California). Salary ranges may vary by location and are determined by qualifications and market considerations.
