IT Program Manager; InfoSec

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager or Program Manager to support enterprise Information Security (Info Sec) initiatives, with an initial focus on Zero Trust programs. This role will lead multiple interrelated security work streams, coordinating cross functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

This is a hands on delivery role best suited for a highly organized, senior level PM who is comfortable operating in complex environments and partnering closely with Info Sec leadership and technical teams.

Candidates must be local to Atlanta and comfortable commuting into the office 2 days/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

• Lead medium scale Info Sec programs from planning through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts using MS Project.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate cross functional teams and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Track and report project status, health, and key metrics.
• Partner with Info Sec leaders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Support hybrid delivery models where teams may track detailed work in Jira.

• Cortex XSOAR automation and integrations
• Network segmentation using tag-based firewall rules

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager or Program Manager in enterprise environments.
• Strong project execution skills across planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing hybrid Waterfall / Agile delivery models.
• Familiarity with Info Sec, network, or firewall related projects is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with technical teams (Palo Alto, Cisco, SIEM, automation tools).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
