Enterprise Integration Product Manager

We’re seeking an Enterprise Integration Product Manager to support a leading hotel company's efforts in driving growth through innovative enterprise solutions. This role is a flexible, project-based opportunity open to candidates located remotely within the region.

• Develop and communicate clear product strategies, including problem statements and success metrics, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain an honest and transparent product roadmap and backlog, explaining changes with clear rationale and impact.
• Conduct discovery sessions with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, translating insights into concise documentation and process artifacts.
• Simplify complex technical topics into accessible briefs and visuals to facilitate decision-making across teams.
• Effectively prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery schedules in a dynamic environment.

• Over 5 years of professional experience with a strong understanding of enterprise integration, platform governance, and ecosystem impact analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver complex initiatives successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging business leaders and technical teams alike.
• Proven track record of managing and documenting processes, risks, dependencies, and project artifacts.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems, including property management, reservations, and revenue systems, is a plus.
