Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
• ManageCloud Data Warehousingoperations usingSnowflakeandGoogle Big Queryfor performance and scalability.
• Provide dedicated support forManhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
• ExecuteChange Managementprotocols viaService Nowand maintain rigorousCoding Standards.
• DevelopSystem Test Plansand conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.
• Analyze current business processes to buildProcess Model Diagramsand recommend optimizations.
• Lead the technical transition and migration fromDFIOto new planning products.
• Expert functional knowledge ofDemand Forecasting and Replenishmentbusiness processes.
• Hands-on experience inManhattan DFIOapplication support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency inCloud Data Warehousearchitecture (Snowflake/Big Query).
• Proven ability inRequirements Gathering, documentation, andSystem Testing.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and migration planning.
• Experience withService Nowfor IT service management and change requests.
• Deep domain expertise in theRetail Industry.
• Experience inSystem IntegrationandArchitectural Alignment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
