We are seeking a Senior Sales Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery, growth enablement, and value realization across complex Digital Inside Sales and AI-enabled sales transformation programs. This role goes beyond operational excellence—serving as a trusted client advisor
, growth partner, and ambassador of our capabilities, values, and innovation agenda.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution
, with the ability to translate vision into scalable operating models across people, process, technology, and Agentic AI
, often within global, multi-shore delivery environments
.

Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary delivery owner and trusted advisor to client sales and operations leadership (VP/SVP/C-suite).
  • Translate client strategies into actionable delivery roadmaps with defined milestones, risks, and value outcomes.
  • Lead executive governance forums including WBRs and QBRs, clearly articulating progress, ROI, risks, and recommendations.
Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Own day-to-day delivery across multiple sales motions, including lead generation, qualification, onboarding, full-cycle sales, customer success, and partner management

  • Establish and manage delivery governance including KPIs, SLAs, RAID management, capacity planning, and financial tracking
    .
  • Drive operational rigor across hiring, onboarding, training, ramp-up, performance management, and attrition mitigation
    .
Sales Transformation & Agentic AI Enablement
  • Design and operationalize future-state seller workflows
    , including “day-in-the-life” transformations.
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of Agentic AI solutions such as lead management, sales insights, content creation, customer success, and manager agents.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to execute POCs, pilots, and scaled rollouts
    .
  • Own delivery economics, including cost-to-serve, margin targets, productivity models, and value-based constructs
    .
  • Develop and maintain business cases, capacity models, and scenario planning (conservative vs. aggressive).
  • Identify levers to improve CCI, seller productivity, and revenue impact
    .
Talent & Global Delivery Leadership
  • Lead multi-geography teams (US, Costa Rica, India, etc.) across sellers, managers, enablement, and support functions.
  • Define role profiles, hiring strategies, and skill requirements aligned to client needs and sales motion complexity.
  • Build a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in coaching, accountability, and continuous learning.
Enablement, Change & Adoption
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training across sales methodology, products, tools, and AI enablement.
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors.
  • Continuously capture insights and refine the operating model based on performance data and field feedback.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, service delivery, sales transformation, or consulting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-location delivery teams
    .
  • Strong understanding of inside sales motions, sales methodologies, and CRM ecosystems
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize new operating models
    .
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning delivery economics and business cases.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders
    .
  • Experience with AI-enabled sales tools, Agentic workflows, or digital productivity platforms
    .
  • Background in technology, B2B sales, or large enterprise sales organizations
    .
  • Experience supporting pilots, POCs, and scaled transformations
    .
  • Familiarity with sales, data, and AI ecosystems
    .
