ServiceNow Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Service Now Developer for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA (Remote). The role includes enhancing ITSM/CSM workflows and developing scalable Service Now solutions that meet business needs.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.
• Build platform functionality using JavaScript, including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, and workflow automation.
• Implement domain‑separated solutions and ensure secure, scalable configurations across environments.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support data transformations as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver enhancements aligned with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Service Now Developer.
• Strong expertise in Service Now ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules with proven JavaScript development skills.
• Experience working with domain separation and configuring/customizing Service Now platform components.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
