We offer a broad range of products through a diversified, multi-channel distribution network, including one of the world’s most far-reaching property casualty networks.  The Data Office supports the overall General Insurance product by managing Data, Data Governance, and the presentation of the data (Business Intelligence Delivery).#

** How you will create an impact
** AIG is looking for a driven individual to assume a critical role within the Data Office supporting our Global Data Warehouse (GDW) strategic data products through data product ownership and daily team leadership to deliver incremental business value in alignment to the business capability roadmap while ensuring data office standards and best practices are utilized.
· Act as product owner for GDW suite of data products, as prioritized
· Assist in collecting business requirements, perform business testing, and provide support in legacy sunset of redundant reports
· Provide product owner/business data analysis lead support across global commercial priorities#
** What you'll need to succeed*
* · 8+ years of business intelligence and/or analytical experience in commercial insurance preferred
· Understanding of Power BI, Tableau & Qlik View
· Ability to foster and maintain business relationships with key business partners                                                                    
· Ability to translate the business partner's data and analytic needs into business requirements/user stories for data engineers and business intelligence delivery developers
· Strong problem-solving ability - candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, attention to details, and analytical skills and process orientations
· Ability to think strategically and ensure alignment to stakeholders’ priorities
· Highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude, team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Agile methodology
· Strong execution and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage small projects independently
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with changing priorities
· Extensive experience in business intelligence, business analyst, and/or data analyst competencies
· Understanding of programming and statistical tools
· Deep understanding of P&C Insurance industry
· Ability to provide project management support    
· Ability to manage a small sized team of FTEs and/or managed service partners.
· Degree educated
