  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience creating process improvements, working with spreadsheet/database models and ERP and planning systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, or other similar tools.
  • Experience in data center spend planning or developing CAPEX and OPEX procurement and governance policies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain operations or planning, planning materials, and costs for new product launches and transitions in the tech industry.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in using enterprise resource planning and product life-cycle management systems and tools like Kinaxis, SAP, or other IBP tools.
  • Experience leading functional system implementations (gathering requirements, writing BRDs, managing user acceptance testing) working alongside engineering/development teams.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and experience in development and implementation of scalable planning systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices and analytics/SQL/Big Query.

As a Spend Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and governance of CAPEX and OPEX needed to support our supply chain for existing and new products.

You will be responsible for the interpretation of the data center demand signal and translating it to a capital plan for our supply chain driving optimal funding decisions. You will work closely with equipment and data center planning, purchasing, engineering, fulfillment, commodity management, and contract manufacturing teams to develop and manage the execution of an accurate funding plan supporting procurement activities and business strategies.

You will use your skills to establish metrics, process, and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals and ensure proper governance influencing our rapidly growing data center infrastructure supply chain.
