Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and instruct the work assignments of subordinate staff.
- Assist in planning, scheduling team resources, status reporting, and completing required documentation for team assignments and projects.
- Analyze and develop work or project plans for team assignments.
- Analyze and implement solutions to problems associated with assignments.
- Provide project leadership by coordinating integrated systems integrity, facilitating communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third‑party software vendors or programmers.
- Support systems and installation, and provide user training.
- Develop and control project schedules, assigning responsibilities where appropriate.
- Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis, and project planning and management.
- Understanding software development principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in various programming languages for informed decision‑making.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
- Understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of security principles for designing secure applications.
- Familiarity with architectural styles (microservices, monolithic, client‑server) and design patterns.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership ability to lead and collaborate with development teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility to learn new technologies and respond to changing requirements.
- Stakeholder management skills for managing expectations and collaboration.
- Time management and prioritization to meet deadlines and deliver quality solutions.
- Teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
- Critical thinking for analyzing situations and making informed decisions.
