Senior DevSecOps Consultant

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Consultant position for our client.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 7 months

• Serve as an application consultant specializing in Dev Sec Ops , analyzing client IT environments to improve efficiency using Dev Ops tools and methodologies across traditional and cloud environments.

• Perform gap analysis and design proposed Dev Sec Ops  automation adoption roadmaps covering both Development and Operations.

• Architect Dev Sec Ops  tooling infrastructure and define interface requirements among integrated toolsets and Dev Sec Ops  platforms.

• Support the full Solution / Build / Test / Deploy lifecycle, including Application Performance Management.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Dev Ops Engineers.

• Participate in project delivery, production support, on-call rotations, and weekend/after-hours release activities as required.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market innovations to support solution and offering development.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and deployment orchestration.

• Hands-on experience with Git Lab, Nexus or Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.

• Ability to support second-shift work, on-call rotations, and weekend releases.

• 1+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Build & Release Management, or Production Support roles.

• Nice to have:

• Experience supporting Salesforce or Mule Soft deployments in cloud or hybrid environments.

• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Shell, or Power Shell.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
