We’re looking for a hands-on technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and delivery. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has 12–15 years of experience, starting as a developer and evolving into a leader who can drive results across complex technical initiatives.
About the Role:
This role is deeply focused on building and delivering software solutions, not just conceptual architecture. You’ll own backlog prioritization, PI planning, and execution across multiple delivery teams. Ideal for someone with Fin Tech or banking experience, especially in large-scale systems built on the Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive the successful delivery of software engineering projects
• Set engineering priorities and manage build pipelines and sprints
• Work closely with product teams to align tech execution with business goals
• Oversee and mentor engineering teams to ensure consistent delivery and innovation
• Deliver solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, Azure Data Services, and Databricks
• Collaborate with peers across architecture, data, and infrastructure teams
Qualifications:
• 12–15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 in a leadership capacity
• Strong technical foundation as a former hands-on developer
• Engineering degree(s) preferred
• Deep experience in Fin Tech, banking, or other high-velocity tech industries
• Proven track record of leading successful delivery in Microsoft/Azure environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Foundry
