Client is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to lead and scale our Data Service Line in Atlanta. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in data technologies, large-scale delivery management, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across data programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for the Data Service Line, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution across multiple client engagements.
• Manage and mentor large, geographically distributed delivery teams, including architects, engineers, and project/program managers.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define delivery strategy, operating models, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of modern data technologies and best practices, including data platforms, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across all delivery initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for critical delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.
• Measure and improve delivery performance using KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• 20+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in delivery leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large delivery teams (50+ resources) across complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong background in data technologies, including data engineering, data platforms, analytics, and reporting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-client or multi-program delivery portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore or distributed delivery models.

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to data modernization, data governance, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Prior experience in a global delivery or consulting environment
