Role:
Service Now Legal Service Architect (Service Now LSD module)

Skillset

Required:

  • Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management
  • Understanding of integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third-party applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, technical teams, and other project stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills for documenting project-related documents such as process documents, functional requirement specifications (FRS), test cases, training decks, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows
  • Expertise in Excel reporting
  • Exceptional customer service skills and client focus
  • Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
  • Basic understanding of Service Now ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable
  • Certification in Service Now Legal Service Delivery is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end projects involving Service Now LSD
  • Develop solutions that meet customer business requirements and adhere to Service Now out-of-the-box features and best practices
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Service Now LSD, including configuration, customization, and tailoring the platform to meet legal team and organizational needs
  • Collaborate effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users for successful implementation and support
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management
  • Provide training and support to end-users on using the Service Now LSD platform
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of legal service delivery
  • Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred

Prior experience in law firms or legal departments of companies is advantageous.
