Role:
Service Now Legal Service Architect (Service Now LSD module)
Skillset
Required:
- Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management
- Understanding of integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third-party applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, technical teams, and other project stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills for documenting project-related documents such as process documents, functional requirement specifications (FRS), test cases, training decks, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows
- Expertise in Excel reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills and client focus
- Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
- Basic understanding of Service Now ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with Service Now platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable
- Certification in Service Now Legal Service Delivery is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end projects involving Service Now LSD
- Develop solutions that meet customer business requirements and adhere to Service Now out-of-the-box features and best practices
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Service Now LSD, including configuration, customization, and tailoring the platform to meet legal team and organizational needs
- Collaborate effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users for successful implementation and support
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management
- Provide training and support to end-users on using the Service Now LSD platform
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of legal service delivery
- Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred
Prior experience in law firms or legal departments of companies is advantageous.
