Sr IT Analyst - PEM

Job Description

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rulestream systems are effectively aligned with business processes, leading to improved solution design development and lifecycle management.

You will report directly to our IT Director and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

• Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Automation.
• Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management (sensitive, protected, export regulations), workflow management, customer deliverables in the project management space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, data protection.
• Provide expert guidance on PLM/ETO strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter and other PLM tools, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
• Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
• Excellent problem solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value driven solutions that have direct impact to business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation.
