A global supply chain and logistics company is hiring a Lead Security Operations Engineer to join their product security operations team. You'll protect and scale their cloud environment and SDLC by integrating security tools and automating controls. You'll also define technical security automation strategies and work across application teams to implement overall application security strategies and architecture. You will integrate and operationalize cloud security tools, respond to security alerts and drive investigations and remediations, and develop automation workflows for product security and incident response.
Ideal candidates have at least 7+ YOE in cloud engineering, devops, or security engineer roles. Experience cloud security, IAM, security operations and/or application security. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, strong communication skills are needed.
This role is remote, with 2 optional days in office.
Remote candidates MUST live near Atlanta, GA;
Plano, TX; or Grand Rapids, MI.
- 7+ years in cloud engineering, devops, or security engineer roles
- Experience with IAM and cloud-native security best practices
- Experience with CNAPP, SIEM, and SOAR technologies
- Experience operating in a 24/7 incident response or cloud operations environment
- Strong scripting or programing skills in Python
- Ability to communicate clearly across engineering and non-technical teams
