You Are

The Program Manager (Dev Ops) is responsible for driving multiple large-scale Dev Ops, CI/CD, cloud, and automation programs across enterprise environments. This role operates at a Specialist II level—focusing on architectural oversight, governance, multi-team orchestration, and end-to-end program ownership.

The Opportunity
  • Manage multiple SDLC/PDLC programs from a Dev Ops architectural perspective.
  • Define program charters, operating rhythms, and governance models.
  • Drive program-level planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management (RAID), and change control processes.
  • Ensure predictable delivery across multiple Agile teams, vendors, and engineering groups.
  • Streamline and standardize Dev Ops practices across CI/CD, IaC, cloud operations, observability, security, and automation.
  • Translate business needs into reference architectures for Dev Ops tooling, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance across development, QA, Dev Ops, SRE, and cloud teams.
  • Oversee large migration/modernization programs (e.g., Git Hub/Cloud/Kubernetes transformations).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, Dev Ops engineers, SRE, architects, and platform teams.
  • Ensure best-practice adherence across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Dev Ops maturity.

Remote

Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and eligibility for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for the Company 401(k) with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other company-paid benefits for Employee Only coverage. Additional benefits may include voluntary short-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.

Part-time and temporary employees have varying paid sick leave and 401(k) eligibility as described in company policy. All US employees receive benefits consistent with state or local sick leave laws where applicable.
