Business Intelligence Analyst II

* BA/BS degree such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics and 2+years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience (MS/MA and up to 2 yrs experience) OR 6 years of experience
* Strong analytical skills supported by experience in workforce management, operations support, industrial engineering, or adjacent roles.
* Ability to build and leverage relationships with internal customers and boundary partners to drive collaboration and outcomes.
* Ability to write code in SQL, Python, or other programming languages to query and manipulate data in internal and external databases.
* Experience utilizing ETL tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance forecasting, generate insights, and create labor modeling.
* Ability to experiment with AI-driven techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection etc.) and integrate them into workforce analytics workflows.
* Understanding of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning for leveraging generative AI in analytics and decision support.
* Comfort with emerging technologies and willingness to continuously learn and apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy, labor efficiency, fulfillment rates, and cost control.
